Start: Day #1

 What I Have On Today:

  1. Print of weekly planer
  2. Finish getting ready for work
  3. 8:40pm leave for work
  4. work 10am to 4:30pm
  5. 5pm do shopping
  6. 7pm get home
  7. watch a movie
  8. get OMAD ready
  9. 10pm bed
That is what's on for me today. 

This morning I went for a walk with my mum it was good. I have had my morning shower ate the time is now 6:35am. Around 7:30am I will start getting ready for work and the long day ahead. I have training for work today I know it will be stressful but i am looking forward to it.

I have some shopping i need to do after work today to get everything sorted for my weight loss. I feel like this is a new day and a chance to start a new.
